What Problem Does This Guide Solve?
When you remember a keyword but not which module it's in, use Search to retrieve content like tasks, documents, etc., in your space data.
Before you start
- Logged in
- The account must have searchable data available
Steps
- Open the Search Tab.
- Enter keywords in the search box (supports both Chinese and English).
- Browse the results and click an item to jump to the details in Space.
- LIFF also has the Search Tab.
Example
- Search "report" → Find related documents and tasks
- Search "meeting" → Find YOYO inputs or reminders
