What this guide covers

When the help center adjusted categories or important features, and why guide screenshots may differ from your UI. The help center is mostly text and tables, without embedded product screenshots; the UI on your device is authoritative.

2026-07-25 — App business alignment (doc revision)

• Fix: Five-tab order (Home → Space → YOYO → Search → Me); LIFF business menu is AI Enhancement + AI Language Partner only.
• Fix: Data export / cleanup scopes aligned with the App (both include My Memory, bookings, email, and more).
• Fix: Space view tab order; modules and menu note Notes; Settings Hub / YOYO settings structure updated.
• Note: Store App availability, YOYO Buy points chip, membership capability matrix, Command Help chips, and LINE copy leftovers → update after live confirmation.

2026-06-21 — Command Help and glossary

• Update: Command Help, Glossary, Command details — 13 flat chips (two rows), group pick phrases, Note vs Me → Memory; legacy picks still work.
• Sync: Four-locale LINE messaging auto blocks from command-help-manifest.yaml.

2026-06 — YOYO settings subpages

• Update: YOYO settings hub split into YOYO chat font / reply list limit / YOYO layout settings; matching setting guides added.

2026-06 — Export, cleanup, and My Memory

• Update: Export and backup — one-click export by category (My Space / My Data / YOYO chat); removed outdated “check export options”; YOYO chat exportable alone.
• Update: Data cleanup, Data cleanup (privacy) — added My Memory (all), Bookings (all); matches App five-category one-click cleanup.
• Update: Privacy and AI, Settings · Privacy and AI — Use my memory in chat and AI memory assistant at top of privacy Hub; list entry Me → Memory.
• Update: Home, Me page map — quick record and space stats aligned with current App.

2026-06 — Data cleanup, privacy, and calendar

• Update: Data cleanup, Data cleanup (privacy) — one-click cleanup three scopes; My Data (all) includes messages, notifications, orders, human support, membership ledger, not points/benefits; removed outdated per-type cleanup text.
• Update: Human support sessions, My data overview, Where data is stored, Settings overview.
• Update: Calendar and holidays — week/month view display subpage; mobile week/month stacks days vertically.
• Note: Privacy and AI Hub matched App at that time; later memory switch moves see 2026-06 — Export, cleanup, and My Memory above.

2026-06 — YOYO mode, billing, and Command Help

• New: Modes and billing, Task Mode, Weather and transit, YOYO mode switch.
• New: Task voice style, Chat memory, Modes and billing (settings).
• Update: Command Help, AI commands, Voice commands — 13 flat chips, YOYO modes, weather/transit, task vs chat billing.
• Update: YOYO settings hub nav; Chat, YOYO intro path, Settings overview, Channel compare.
• New FAQ: Weather in chat and points, Task intent in chat, Clear session vs memory, Repeat Command Help.

2026-06 — Channels and App alignment (doc revision)

• Store App: Google Play / App Store in development (Android TWA, iOS Capacitor) noted throughout; main path browser / PWA.
• Five tabs: Home, Space, YOYO, Search, Me.
• LIFF: AI Enhancement + AI Language Partner subset only; Compose / automation on /app/* only.
• YOYO companion tier: L1 needs store native shell (in development); Web/PWA users usually L0 or qualifying L3.
• New FAQ: Store app availability, LIFF without compose/automation, Buy points chip.
• Update: Channel compare, Getting started, Home, Workspace overview, YOYO companion settings, etc.

2026-06 — Settings · calendar · weather · AI context

• New: My Follows (weather/holiday/transit hub), transit FAQs.
• New: Calendar and holidays, Weather settings, AI suggestions settings, Where AI suggestion data comes from.
• Update: Home and suggestions (same Q&A source as AI suggestions page), AI suggestions, Home, Settings overview.
• FAQ: AI suggestion weather, home consistency, calendar holidays and AI (three short answers).

2026-06 — Help center six sections

• Structure: sidebar merged into Quick start / User guide / Best practices / Command writing / FAQ / Changelog.
• Image policy: user guide, command writing, FAQ mostly text/tables; quick start and best practices keep UI examples.
• URLs unchanged: existing slugs and in-app links still valid.

2026-06 — My Memory and Command Help

• App Me → Command Help standalone page aligns with Command writing section.
• My Memory supports create/edit/delete; Use my memory in chat and AI memory assistant at Settings → Privacy and AI Hub top.
