Familiarize Yourself with the Interface and Terminology (Approx. 2 Minutes)
If you're reading the guide for the first time, start with this article: three entry points, four common terms, five tabs with screenshots, then choose the LINE or App path.
What this guide covers
Terms such as LINE chat, LIFF, Tab, PWA will appear in the user guide. If you haven't opened the product yet, it is recommended to take about 2 minutes to read this article before going to Where to Start to choose a path.
Three Access Points (Remember this diagram)
DodoAI is not three products, but three ways to access the same product line:
flowchart LR QR[Scan official website QR code] --> Chat[LINE chat] Chat --> LIFF[Click on the LINE menu] LIFF --> App[Full App optional] Web[Official website registration browser] --> App
LINE Route: Scan official website QR code → LINE chat → Click LINE menu → (optional) Full App
App Route: Register on the official website / browser → Full App
| What You See | Official/Document Name | In a nutshell |
|---|---|---|
| LINE chat | LINE Messaging | Like chatting with friends, no full App interface |
| Menu interface in LINE | LIFF | Opens within LINE, has five Tabs, with fewer capabilities than the full App |
| Full App | Web / Lite / PWA / Store App | Opened via browser or after installing; five Tabs + the full business menu |
The Full App includes: the PC browser (DodoAI Web), the mobile browser, Add to Home Screen (displayed as DodoAI Lite), and the Google Play / App Store install — the interfaces are essentially the same, and the main differences are in installation method and layout.

Understanding Through Images (Based on LINE User Flow)
1. YOYO LINE Code (Official Website QR Code)
Find the LINE Free Trial and QR code on the DodoAI Official Website, and use your phone LINE to add as a friend.
2. LINE Chat
After adding as a friend, you can type or send voice messages here to experience text commands and some automated replies; this is not a Tab-based App interface.
3. LIFF Menu → Five Tabs
In the chat, click the bottom menu or message link (operationally referred to as Rich Menu / LIFF entry) to open a page like an App.
After it opens, the bottom (or left on PC) shows five tabs: Home, Space, YOYO, Search, Me. The top ☰ drawer is the slim business menu.
4. Full App five tabs (compare)
Opened from a browser or desktop icon, you still get five tabs with the full business menu. Tab roles → What the five tabs do.
Four terms (enough before you pick a path)
| User Expression | Document Name | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Five Main Buttons | Tab | Home / Space / YOYO / Search / Me |
| LINE Chat Window | LINE Messaging | Conversation only, no Tab |
| Menu Interface in LINE | LIFF | Web page within LINE, with five Tabs |
| Full App | Web, Lite, PWA, Store App | Same set of /app/* interfaces |
PWA does not need to be remembered separately: it refers to the mobile browser "Add to Home Screen", with the icon named DodoAI Lite, still a full App → Install to Desktop and Home Screen
How to Remember Navigation (Three Rules)
| Level | One Sentence | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Tab = Daily | The 5 things you open most frequently every day | Mobile/LIFF bottom bar; PC left main menu |
| ☰ Menu = Professional Modules | Write minutes, AI suggestions, practice speaking, etc. | PC left Business menu; Mobile/LIFF top ☰ drawer |
| Me = Account and Data | Points, orders, membership, settings | Me Tab |
