What this guide covers

Voice Commands are not a separate set of "voice syntax"; instead, they follow the process of: say → transcribe into text → then process according to Text Commands or AI Commands rules.

This is consistent with the explanation in the Command Help·Voice Commands chip: Rule-based phrases are the same as typing; open-ended questions may be handled by AI after transcription and consume points.

Applicable Channels

ChannelUsage
YOYO (App / Browser / LIFF)Press and hold to speak next to the input box (microphone permission required)
LINE MessagingSend a voice message; processed as text after server transcription

Task Mode vs Chat Mode

The processing rules after transcription are the same as typing:

Transcription Content TypeTask ModeChat Mode
Record tasks / reminders / expenses / remember…Text commands, usually 0 AIMay need to confirm before writing
What's the weather today / Is the Yamanote Line delayed? / My followsStructured query, usually 0 AISame as above, usually 0 AI
Help me write an email / expand… / open-ended Q&AOften requires confirm use of AIDirectly goes to AI, may deduct points
Chat / Task (switch modes)Switch after confirmation as promptedSame as above

See AI Commands and YOYO Basics.

[Getting Started] Hold to Talk on YOYO

  1. Open the YOYO Tab and ensure the microphone is enabled (see Permission Instructions or system settings).
  2. Hold the microphone button to speak; it will automatically transcribe and send when released.
  3. If the content is something like "Remember to do..." or "Remind me..." press Text Commands to save; if it's an open-ended question like "Help me write an email..." process it with AI Commands.

[Getting Started] LINE Voice Messages

  1. Press and hold the LINE Record button to send voice messages in DodoAI LINE conversations.
  2. The background will transcribe it into text, which is equivalent to typing.
  3. The transcribed result will not be displayed in full within LINE; the assistant's reply should be regarded as accurate; for complex information, it's recommended to use text or open LIFF YOYO for verification.

[Daily] Example: Voice as Text Commands

What You Say (Transcribed)Effect
"Add to-dos: Buy milk on the way home"Create to-do
"Remind me to take my medicine at 8 PM"Create reminder
"Remember the client prefers no sugar"Write note
"I spent 500 JPY on transportation today"Record expense
"How's the weather today?"Check weather (0 AI, city must be configured)
"Is the Yamanote Line delayed?"Check traffic (0 AI, line must be configured)

Try to keep phrases close to the examples in Command Details and various short texts (like To-do Text Commands) to ensure more stable recognition.

[Daily] Example: Voice as AI Commands

What you say (transcribed)Effect
"Reply to the client in business Japanese: I will send the materials tomorrow"YOYO generates a reply, consumes Points
"Please expand the following content to be more formal: …"AI expands it

See AI Commands. If the Confirm use of AI button appears before sending in Task Mode, it needs to be confirmed.

[Advanced] What to do if recognition is inaccurate

  • Use text to resend the standard phrase;
  • Edit the transcription result in YOYO before sending (if the interface supports it);
  • In noisy environments, shorten sentences and only express one intention at a time.

Privacy and Storage

  • LINE Voice: Processed according to LINE and DodoAI voice transcription policies, typically does not retain the original audio for long periods (subject to product specifications).
  • YOYO Voice: See Privacy and AI.
