When to use
Multi-role dialogue: meetings, negotiation, interviewer + HR, casual chat with a colleague, and similar. This is not an institutional multi-user classroom room, and it does not require a teacher assignment.
How to start a session
- Open AI speaking → Multi-party practice, or go to
/app/expert/speaking/multi-party. - Pick templates (Colleague / Interviewer / Friend) or rename them — up to two counterpart roles.
- In business settings, configure up to two counterparty languages (one per role slot).
- Choose Hold to talk or Realtime, then start.

FAQ
| Issue | Tip |
|---|---|
| Add more roles | Two role slots for now — switch templates or rename |
| Wrong language per role | Check that two counterparty languages are set and match role order |
| End and review | Same as free practice: end & assess / correction cards |
| Role stays silent | Confirm Realtime started; rename roles and restart |
