This guide explains the order of using Benefits pack, expiration and limitations, as well as product rules such as non-cashable and non-refundable.

What are Benefits

AI usage credits (number of times or tokens, depending on the type of benefits) given by the system.
Not money: You cannot top up to purchase "pure benefits balance" instead of points (except for promotional benefits).
Typical sources: Daily gifts, Invite friends, membership plan bonuses, operational activities.

How to Use When Invoking AI

Check if your Membership level allows for the use of this AI feature.
Deduct from your Benefits pack balance first.
If benefits are insufficient, deduct from Points (if you have points and this feature supports it).

Non-cashable, Non-withdrawable

Rule	Description
Non-cashable	Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to a bank account
Non-transferable	Benefits pack is bound to the current account and cannot be gifted to others
Refund does not equate to cash	During refunds of membership or points orders, unused benefits will not be returned as cash; services purchased will be processed according to order and compliance rules
Expiration may clear balance	Some Benefits packs have validity periods, and unused balances may expire upon that date (subject to App notifications)

Benefits are allocated to encourage product use and are not stored value or electronic currency.
