Where can I make a payment?
The browser and PWA support payments; the native app for the store (in development) is planned to redirect to the official website for payments.
What this guide covers
This guide explains which channels can complete payments for membership upgrades and points purchases, and which channels can only browse and order before proceeding to the official website for payment.
Payment Options

During maintenance or regional restrictions, some payment methods may be temporarily closed, please refer to App notifications.
Payment Cannot Be Completed Internally

Original in-app message: "To provide a safer and more stable payment experience, please complete point purchases, membership upgrades, and benefit activations on the DodoAI official website. Upon successful purchase, benefits will be automatically synced to the current account."
Why Native Shell Cannot Pay
- The store App uses native shell (Android TWA / iOS Capacitor) to wrap Web applications, and the payment plan goes through the official website checkout, avoiding conflicts with the in-app purchase policy.
- PWA added to the home screen is considered a browser installation method and does not fall under the intercepted store native shell, hence payments can be processed normally.
- Current store version is not yet available; these rules apply to shell applications after their future launch.

Operations for Purchases from Native App (Planned After Launch)
- Tap Upgrade Plan or Buy Points in the Store App.
- Read the pop-up and tap Go to Official Website.
- Complete the payment in the system browser (please remain logged into the same account).
- Return to the App, pull down to refresh or reopen Me, and confirm that the tier / points have been updated.
