This guide helps you understand the meanings and sources of different entry types in Space.

Different from "My Memory": Me → Memory holds YOYO long-term preferences (Profile Memory), not the same view as note text commands. From an item detail you can use 🧠 Extract as memory; the switches live under Settings → Privacy & AI.
Some historical YOYO chat summaries may appear as session items in the All view; the full conversation is on the YOYO page — clear it via Clear session data.
Viewing Methods in Space
- View Tabs: All, Tasks, Reminders, Documents, Notes, Favorites, Templates, Expenses (matches the App; can wrap on narrower screens)
- Domain Filter: All / Office / Life / Study (top bar slice, can be combined with view tabs)
- Search: Top bar Search My Space... or bottom Search Tab, see Search
