Favorites and Tags
Mark, filter, and organize entries in Space and Search.

What this guide covers
As the number of entries in your Space increases, use Favorites ⭐ and Tags 🏷️ to mark important content, and quickly retrieve it in the Favorites view or through Search.
Favorites
How to Add
- Open the item details in Space or Search.
- Click on Favorites (⭐) in the action bar.
- Click again to remove from favorites.
The favorites status will sync to the cloud (remains consistent across multiple devices logged in with the same account).
How to View
- My Space top bar view Tab → Favorites
- Search page quick access "Favorites (N)"
- In advanced filters, select Starred only (equivalent to favorites view)
Tags
How to Add
- Open Tags in the Action Bar on the item details.
- Enter a new tag or click on Recommended Tags (including AI suggestions, if configured).
- After saving, the tag will appear in the item summary line.
How to Retrieve
- Search page: Enter keywords or click Popular Tags.
- Advanced Filter: Filter by tag string.
- In the item list, you can click on tags (if clickable tags are enabled) to jump to the search.
Tags, like favorites, are saved under your account through the Asset Annotation API, and will remain valid when logging in on a different device.
Difference from "AI Memory"

The same item can be favorited + tagged + extracted to AI memory. This is a different capability from Notes (lifestyle records stored as "Remember...").
Export and Cleanup
- Export and Backup will include space entries; favorites/tags will be exported along with the entries.
- Data Cleanup will remove entries, and their favorites and tags will disappear as well.
